Policies

All sales are final once an order has been confirmed through our Telegram ordering system. We do not accept cancellations or refunds for change of mind, incorrect self-reported use, or failure to read product descriptions prior to purchase. The sole exception is outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

All products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use of any kind. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for the handling, storage, and lawful use of products after delivery.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders are limited to a maximum of nine vials per compound per order; larger quantities are available by quotation through the wholesale inquiry process.

Products sold by Based Peptides are intended solely for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, or prevention of any disease. By purchasing, you attest that you are a qualified researcher or represent a research institution, and that you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We do not sell to individuals who indicate any intent to use these materials for human or animal consumption, personal use, or any purpose other than legitimate scientific research. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that, in our judgment, appears intended for a prohibited use.

Orders are personally processed and shipped within up to 7 business days of payment confirmation. For this purpose, a business day is any day except Sunday. Delivery time after shipment depends on the carrier and is not guaranteed by Based Peptides.

If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or does not match what you ordered, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence and your invoice number, sent through our Telegram ordering bot. We will review each claim individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement of the affected item. This is the only circumstance under which any adjustment to a completed order will be made.

Order Protection is an optional add-on offered at checkout for a one-time fee of 5% of your product subtotal (after any discount code, before shipping). If your order arrives lost or stuck in transit, damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, we replace or reship it once at no cost, with 48-hour priority claim handling.

Order Protection does not change our All Sales Final policy. It does not create a cancellation or refund right, and it cannot be removed or refunded once your order is confirmed. Its sole remedy is one replacement or reshipment of the affected items at no cost; the rest of your order remains fully binding.

Order Protection works alongside, and does not replace, our Shipping & Returns policy. Every order — with or without Order Protection — may report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence and the invoice number through our Telegram ordering bot, and we review each claim individually. Order Protection additionally covers orders that are lost or stuck in transit, which the Shipping & Returns policy does not cover (delivery time after shipment is not guaranteed by Based Peptides), and gives priority claim handling instead of standard review timelines.

We collect only the information necessary to process and ship your order: name, email, phone number, shipping address, and Telegram username. This information is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers) or comply with legal obligations. Order records are retained for accounting and compliance purposes.
