Testing, Storage & Handling

Testing process

Every production lot is analyzed by an independent, third-party laboratory before it is released for sale. Testing covers:

  • Identity — confirmed by mass spectrometry against the expected molecular structure.
  • Purity — quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), reported on the certificate of analysis for each lot.
  • Content — verified net fill weight per vial.

Certificates of analysis for current lots are published in the COA Library and linked from each product page.

Storage of lyophilized material

All compounds are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Lyophilized material is stable when kept cold, dry, and away from light.

  • Store lyophilized product at −20°C, protected from light.
  • Allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation.
  • Record the lot number on receipt; it identifies the exact test results for your material.
  • Keep vials sealed until the moment of use in the laboratory.

Handling

Handle all research material using standard laboratory safety practice: appropriate personal protective equipment, work in a clean and controlled environment, and follow your institution's procedures for research compounds.

All products are sold for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not a drug, food, or cosmetic. Not evaluated by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
